All reservations are valid for the entire day, from 00:00 h to 23:59 h on the same day.
Where are the lockers located?
Our premises are located at Bidebarrieta Street 14, 3rd floor, inside the CASUAL GUREA establishment.
Is the facility open 24 hours?
Yes, since it is a hotel establishment, the luggage storage service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I open and close my locker multiple times?
Yes, you can open your locker as many times as you need during the duration of your reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance through the "MY RESERVATION" section. If you cancel later, a 100% cancellation fee applies. If you need help, please contact us.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is recommended, especially during high season, but on-site booking is also possible.

What are the security measures for the lockers?
The lockers are equipped with security locks to protect your belongings. Being located in a hotel adds an extra layer of access control and surveillance. There are also cameras in the locker area.
